This notice explains what happens when you contact HUIJU through this website.

Project inquiry form

When you consent and submit a project brief, the website sends it over HTTPS to HUIJU's inquiry service at app.tjhuiju.xin. A confirmation reference appears after the brief is saved. The inquiry is held in a private database on HUIJU's Alibaba Cloud server in mainland China, and a notification is sent to HUIJU's business QQ mailbox. Other visitors cannot view it. Submission does not confirm an order, price or delivery commitment.

Information you choose to send

Your message may include your name, company, contact details, destination, intended use, quantity, dimensions and project notes. HUIJU uses these details to review and respond to your inquiry.

Campaign information

Campaign tags may stay in the current browser session to carry the source between pages. If you allow analytics, these tags may also be retained in your browser for up to 30 days. The saved inquiry includes source, medium and campaign labels. If you allow analytics, bounded versions of these same three labels are used as Google Analytics campaign fields. Labels alone are not proof of a paid click or a qualified buyer. The form does not submit advertising click IDs to the inquiry database or to website analytics.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Website events may describe page views, product interactions, a saved brief or an opened WhatsApp/email draft. A saved brief is not proof of a qualified buyer, and opening a draft is not proof of receipt. Names, contact details, free-text notes, inquiry references and click IDs are not included in these website events. Internal test submissions are excluded. If you choose “Essential only,” the Google measurement script is not loaded and the inquiry form still works.

Security and follow-up

The service uses limited submission metadata to prevent duplicate briefs and rate-limit abuse. Hosting providers may keep technical security logs. Access to stored inquiries is restricted to HUIJU's authorized business administration. Contact HUIJU to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry; Wang Hui reviews these requests and all commercial quotations.

External services

WhatsApp and your email provider process messages under their own privacy terms. The hosting provider may process basic technical logs needed for security and reliable website delivery.
